Return Policy
If you need to make a return for any reason, rest assured that we will be happy to assist you. Our products and workmanship are of the highest quality, and we stand behind them 100%. We offer free replacements for any defects or errors on our part, as well as a 60-day window for returns due to a customer error (incorrect selection of size, design, or color).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging. This means that it must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of stains, pet hair, odors, and smoke. If an item has been worn once, we can not accept that item for return.
In addition, customized items such as personalized orders or items discounted by more than 40% are not eligible for returns.
Please email us at hello@undefinedprint.com with your order number to begin the return process. We will provide a return label via email but please be aware that the total amount of the refund will not include the shipping fee for the original order or the return label fee.
Once the item is received, please allow 3-5 business days to review your items and process a refund. You will receive an email from us saying that your refund has been processed. When you receive your money depends, at that point, upon how long it takes your bank to transfer your funds.
Since our items are made to order through an automated production facility, we cannot change or cancel an order once your order is placed.
Final Sale Items and Holiday Items are non-refundable/non-returnable. This includes all hats/headwear.
Exchange Policy
We can exchange items due to customer error up to 60 days after the date of delivery. This includes an incorrect selection of size, design, or color.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging. This means that it must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of stains, pet hair, odors, and smoke. If an item has been worn once, we can not accept that item for exchange. We do not accept exchanges on discounted sales or personalized items.
To start this process, please email us at hello@undefinedprint.com with your order number and the item, size, and color you wish to exchange it for.
In our replying email, we will make you aware of the shipping fee for the new item(s), return label for the original item(s), and any price difference (if any). Once that is agreed upon and settled, you'll receive an email confirming your exchange order along with the return label.
Once the original item(s) are received at our warehouse, please allow us up to 3-5 business days to review your item(s).
New order processing takes up to 7-10 business days plus 3-4 days for shipping via USPS.
